—  My Story  —

Hello, hello! I’m Hannah, The Baby Maven.

My main passion in life is supporting families with little ones to get more sleep, feel confident in their family’s routine, & reclaim some time so they can focus on their needs! Helping families to create balance in their lives with their little one is what I do best.

After becoming a certified professional governess and newborn care specialist, I launched The Baby Maven back in 2015 to support families during the 4th trimester & early parenthood. Throughout my years of coaching brand new mamas, I found that every single family was interested in (and needed) support around sleep. After all, baby’s don’t come programmed to sleep or arrive with a user’s guide!

So, in 2019, after much research about the best sleep coaching programs available, I trained through Sleep Sense, and dove into the world of sleep coaching! And, I can honestly say that I have loved every second since! I am so lucky to do what I adore most in life: I offer support, structure, and advice to families that are struggling with their little one’s sleep.

My goal is to make the craziness of parenthood a little bit easier, more enjoyable and as balanced as possible for sleep-deprived families.

Here is what I want most for you:

  • I want you to feel confident, in-control, and happy.

  • I want you help you to set a great foundation for good sleep, a feel-good routine, and easily understand your baby's cues.

  • I want you to have time for yourself, your partner, your baby, and your to-dos!

  • I want to help you avoid those new parent pitfalls that everyone complains about like lack of sleep, the witching hour, losing yourself, stress in your relationships, and mom guilt over your parenting choices, to name a few.

  • I want you to have it all and more (which is totally possible, by the way!)
