support

This is the page description.

—  I get it  —

You want a happy, well-rested, healthy baby. You want a normal routine and some predictability. You want this little one to be the perfect addition to your family—not the reason that everything goes off the rails and feels chaotic and out of control. You want some control and normalcy—you want to feel like you know what you’re doing.

You want to feel like yourself again. You want to have energy and be well rested. You want “me time” and “couple time” to be a normal part of your life. You want to be an awesome parent. You want to have date nights, attend your friend’s birthday party, and get your hair cut. You want to get adequate sleep. You want to keep up the momentum with your personal & professional life. You want to have a smooth transition into parenthood. You want to be the mom that has it all together and everyone envies (in a good way!).

Now… I know, I know…

People say that being a parent comes naturally. They say that the baby will eventually start sleeping better. They say that you just have to wait it out. That it’s a rite of passage. That lack of sleep in inevitable and unavoidable. That this is what you signed up for when you decided to have kids.

Now, here’s what I have to say. You’re talking to the wrong people. There is a major learning curve in new parenthood, but with expert support you can totally get the sleep that you need and live the mama life that you want. Just like going to the dentist when you crack a tooth, calling the plumber when the sink breaks, or getting your car tuned up when it’s making a funky noise, it makes sense to work with a sleep coach and to get expert guidance when your little one is struggling with naps, bedtime, or sleeping through the night. You deserve to be supported, mama.

And that’s where I come in. If you want it all but don’t feel like doing this whole parenting thing trial and error style while trying to figure out your little one’s sleep, we’ll be the perfect team. You can have it all and more…because that’s exactly what you deserve!

And if, at the thought of sleep training your baby, a wave of mom guilt hits you—guess what—getting your baby more sleep is just as vital for him as it is for you. He needs it to grow, develop, thrive, and stay healthy. You need it to stay sane, balanced, healthy, energized, and level-headed. So, helping your little one to get more sleep isn’t selfish. It’s actually quite necessary. And I’m here to help you though it.

Let’s do this, mama!
